三、資格：獲有國內外各大學相關領域博士學位者（能以外語發表個人研究成果者尤佳）

        ★應屆畢業者，需已完成論文並檢附指導教授具名之畢業證明函。

四、專長領域：研究專業領域屬下列其中一項者

  1. 語言學（認知語用學、語料庫語言學）

  2. 中國思想史

Position Requirements

The Department welcomes applications for faculty positions at all academic ranks (Assistant, Associate, or Full Professor) in one of the following areas of specialization:

(1) Linguistics (Cognitive Pragmatics or Corpus Linguistics)

(2) Chinese Intellectual History

Additionally, applicants with a record of research publications in a language other than Chinese will be given preference.

Application documents

• Full CV including a list of publications
• A statement outlining research interests, future research plans, and teaching philosophy
• Syllabi for at least 2 courses
• Abstract of the representative scholarly work in both Chinese and English
• Personal Information Summary for Faculty Applicants

(2) One representative work (including academic publications or dissertations) and up to four additional works (academic publications), for a total of no more than five works. Please provide the full text of each work.

• For unpublished works, include proof of acceptance.
• A Chinese abstract is required for works in English. For other foreign languages, an English abstract may be submitted instead. Please note that applicants may be asked to provide a full English translation of the text if a local reviewer for that language cannot be secured.

(3) A copy of the highest degree certificate

• Candidates with foreign degrees must have their academic credentials (including transcripts) verified by the Taiwan Overseas Representative Offices.
• Applicants who are graduating in the current academic year must have completed their thesis and submit a graduation certification letter signed by their advisor and stamped by the department.

(4) Two recommendation letters, to be signed and sent directly by referees to cl@my.nthu.edu.tw.
