一、本刊編輯委員會上屆委員任期屆滿。自2014年1月1日起，新任委員名單如下：

二、本刊總編輯劉人鵬教授、執行主編劉正忠副教授任期屆滿。自2014年1月1日起，新任總編輯為楊儒賓教授、執行主編為顏健富副教授。
        The terms of Professor Liu Jen-peng, Editor-in-Chief, and Associate Professor Liu Cheng-chung, Executive Editor, have expired. Effective January 1, 2014, Professor Yang Rur-bin has been appointed Editor-in-Chief, and Associate Professor Guan Kean-fung has been appointed Executive Editor.
